What is the aggregate PCR tile?

The aggregate PCR tile shows the weighted average PCR across all NIFTY F&O indices. It gives you a single number to represent overall options market sentiment — above 1 is bullish, below 0.9 is bearish.

Aggregate sentiment is derived by averaging PCR across all 4 NIFTY-family indices, then mapping the average PCR to a sentiment label (bullish, neutral, bearish). It smooths out single-index noise.

Why does the dashboard show different sentiment across indices?

Different sectors can have different biases. For example, PCR of NIFTY 50 might be neutral while Bank Nifty is bearish (banks under pressure). Divergences like this are trading signals worth investigating.

What is the market-wide OI distribution bar?

The market-wide OI bar shows the ratio of total Call OI vs total Put OI across all tracked indices. A right-heavy (red) bar indicates more put writing (bullish); a left-heavy (blue) bar indicates more call writing (bearish).

After 3:30 PM, the dashboard shows the final closing snapshot of the day. Max pain, PCR and sentiment values reflect end-of-day positioning — useful for tomorrow's planning.

The free dashboard covers only the 4 NIFTY indices. Stock F&O coverage (RELIANCE, TCS, HDFCBANK, etc.) requires a Pro+ subscription . The NIFTY dashboard will always stay free.

The dashboard shows real-time positioning signals (PCR, sentiment, max pain) which often correlate with short-term direction — but it's not a crystal ball. Always combine with price action and technical analysis.

What is the "last updated" timestamp on the dashboard?

It shows when the dashboard last fetched fresh data from NSE. It should update every 2 minutes during market hours. If it's stale, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) or check your internet.

Does the dashboard support dark mode?

Currently the dashboard uses a clean light theme optimized for readability. Dark mode is planned for a future release across all WealthOrbit pages.

Can I export dashboard data to Excel?
