ICICI Prudential AMC Q2 Results: Profit rises 6% YoY to Rs 889 crore; co declares Rs 30/share dividend

ICICI Prudential AMC reported a 6.1% year-on-year rise in Q2 FY27 net profit to Rs 889 crore, while revenue from operations grew 16.3% to Rs 1,674 crore. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 30 per share, with October 21, 2026, set as the record date. Its quarterly average AUM rose 14.4% to Rs 11.61 lakh crore.
